We enjoyed most of the film Uncle (2019). It will be not perfect. the largest gripe is that I actually can tell that the original screenplay was re-written. Now, as a kid could I tell this? NO, and that is usually the primary audience. I think adults forget whenever they watch a movie mainly geared to children that that will not totally attractiveness to them. Now, some exceptions to my entertainment of children's films is the new terrible 2018 Grinch, which was so bad I could tell even the children were not really entertained and I really walked out of theatre, next from an adult whom enjoys children's films.
